• 1st Shift: Full Time & Every Other Weekend Only Schedules

• 2nd Shift: Full Time & Every Other Weekend Only Schedules

• 3rd Shift: Full Time & Every Other Weekend Only Schedules

• Pay: $21 - $22 / Hour

• 87-Bed Facility

• Located in West Salem, WI

Be a light — for residents, families, and your team.

• Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety

• Observe residents and report changes in condition promptly

• Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures

• Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs

• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

• Completed CNA/STNA course with current state licensure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow

• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
