What You’ll Do
Manage and oversee all operations of the Dietary Department
Plan and provide nutritious, attractive meals that meet resident needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food service environment
Monitor food inventories and order supplies as needed
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of food and supplies
Operate within budgetary guidelines while maintaining quality standards
What You Bring
Associate degree in a food services–related field
Dietary Management Certification (Required - Can be in progress)
Current ServSafe Certification (Required)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience, including 1 year in a management role
Experience managing a budget
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability
