What You’ll Do
Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments based on resident needs
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants
Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
What You Bring
Current RN or LPN license
Medication administration and IV certification
Strong working knowledge of state rules and regulations
A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents
Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused, can-do attitude
