As a Nurse Scheduler (STNA), you play a critical role in keeping the center running smoothly by ensuring proper staffing coverage—while also providing hands-on resident care when needed.

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain monthly nursing schedules, including coverage for call-offs
Prepare and distribute daily staffing sheets
Communicate staffing needs and schedule changes clearly and timely
Provide resident care according to individualized care plans
Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Understand and follow infection control and safety procedures
Accurately complete required documentation, including vitals
Uphold and immediately report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
Drive facility van for resident transportation as needed (preferred, not required)
What You Bring
Completed CNA/STNA course with current state certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Service-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability
