What You’ll Do
Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs for residents
Support residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs on both a group and individual basis
Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities
Help create a positive, welcoming environment that promotes dignity and quality of life
What You Bring
NCCAP (National Certification Council for Activity Professionals) certification preferred, not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compassionate, enthusiastic, and resident-focused approach
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability
