POSITION: Administrative Assistant – Part Time

DEPARTMENT: Executive

LOCATION: Remote

JOB CLASSIFICATION: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO with various tasks, such as meeting scheduling, expense reports, and logistics.

Reporting Accountability: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Primary Role and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings for CEO with internal and external ‘partners
  • Coordinate large town hall meetings
  • Book travel
  • Complete expense reports
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Able to think independently to solve problems independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multitask effectively
  • Enjoy working with others collaboratively
  • Able to work 4 hours per day between 10 am and 5 pm eastern time 20-30, hours per week

Required Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience as an administrative assistant strongly preferred

Preferred Education and Training:

  • High school diploma or GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
