POSITION: Administrative Assistant – Part Time
DEPARTMENT: Executive
LOCATION: Remote
JOB CLASSIFICATION: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Position Summary:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO with various tasks, such as meeting scheduling, expense reports, and logistics.
Reporting Accountability: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings for CEO with internal and external ‘partners
- Coordinate large town hall meetings
- Book travel
- Complete expense reports
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be personable and friendly
- Able to think independently to solve problems independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multitask effectively
- Enjoy working with others collaboratively
- Able to work 4 hours per day between 10 am and 5 pm eastern time 20-30, hours per week
Required Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience as an administrative assistant strongly preferred
Preferred Education and Training:
- High school diploma or GED required

Pay: $18.00 per hour
