Position Summary

This co-op position will assist IT with the execution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative in support of Business Analysis, Testing & Quality Assurance business functions which include the following:

• Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping for ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement
• Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, reporting, validation, and testing
• Participate in system configuration under the guidance of senior analysts and implementation consultants
• Execute test scripts, log defects, and track resolution during system testing cycles.
• Help develop user training materials, job aids, and reference documentation
• Provide go‑live support, including troubleshooting, ticket triage, and user assistance
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with ERP capabilities
• Assist with project coordination tasks such as meeting notes, status tracking, and follow‑up actions

Basic Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Information Systems, Information Technology or related STEM field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Interest in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Visio applications
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast‑paced project environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to any Enterprise software package. Examples: ERP

• Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand
