Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Newburyport, MA, for a Director of Resident Services. The Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of resident services, including managing staff, coordinating services for independent living, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role also involves budgeting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing support in long-term care planning.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
