Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Diagnose and repair problems in areas such as HVAC, water features (pools, spas, etc.) and waste management systems.
- Maintain customer service standards, responding to resident requests and working with residents to minimize/resolve problems and complaints.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing duties associated with a Maintenance Technician.
- Able to perform basic arithmetic skills such as measurement, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
