Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Operations Inventory & Lab Kit Coordinator to support clinical operations project, diagnostic kit logistics and clinical supply inventory. This role is focused on hands-on operational support, helping maintain organized, well-stocked environments and ensuring day-to-day workflows run smoothly. This is a non-patient facing, support role.
Key ResponsibilitiesKit Logistics Support- Register, activate, ship, courier, and track diagnostic kits
- Monitor Slack channels and assist with incoming requests across multiple teams (Integrative Health, Women’s Health, Genomics, and ad hoc requests)
- Support a range of diagnostic kits (e.g., DUTCH, Genova, Evvy, genomics kits)
- Assist with coordinating kit distribution across multiple Atria locations
- Check order sets in Athena to confirm correct ordering provider
- Work with couriers to ensure our satellite sites have the necessary kits
- Assist with inventory including tracking and monitoring clinical, laboratory and lab kit supplies
- Perform cycle counts and check PAR levels
- Stock shelves and maintain organized supply areas for adult clinical areas within the institute
- Receive and unpack deliveries, confirming items are accurate and complete
- Work with the lab and clinical teams teams to support smooth, low-effort sample collection workflows for members
- Assist with coordination and processing of kit-related workflows (e.g., Metabolomix )
- Monitor lab portals for incoming results
- Download and upload results into Athena
- Help ensure results are available to clinical teams as quickly as possible
Clinical Operations Special Projects
- Lead/facilitate/project manage special request projects
- Examples include project managing a vaccine management system, integrating technology with our EMR, and other projects that arise at a local and enterprise level
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable with hands-on, task-based work
- Able to follow processes consistently and reliably
- 3 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare, inventory, or operations setting
- Comfortable using tools like Slack and EMRs (Athena preferred)
- Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and projects as this role intersects with internal and external customers (staff and patients)
- Experience with independently leading project management (PMP) and performance improvement initiatives for an interdisciplinary team
Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000
