The Role
As a Contract Project Manager at ATREG, you'll be an integral part of our agile, high-impact team, seamlessly integrating strategic project management, business development initiatives, and analytical rigor to drive success across complex, high-value transactions. Your project management expertise will directly contribute to deals that shape the global semiconductor landscape.
Location: Seattle, WA (mix of remote and in-person work). Candidates must reside in Seattle. Hours: 20-30 hours per week (Contract position) Duration: 6-9 months, with potential for renewal based on mutual interest and business needs
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Leadership Support
- Support high-profile client acquisition and disposition projects from initiation through completion
- Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure accurate follow-through on action items by all team members
- Create compelling pitch decks and presentations for client engagements
- Track all transaction milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Develop and implement marketing outreach strategies for business development initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive status reports for internal stakeholders and clients
Research & Analysis
- Analyze and present financial information for key semiconductor industry players, including balance sheets and stock pricing
- Compile and distribute the Weekly News Packet highlighting critical industry trends and developments
- Conduct company and industry research to support strategic decision-making
Database & Systems Management
- Maintain and update QuickBase global fab transactions database using SEMI's World Fab Watch data (wafer size, capacity, technology, project status, etc.)
- Manage ATREG's CRM system, ensuring contact information and industry data remain current and accurate
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8 years of demonstrated success leading complex, high-stakes projects as part of collaborative teams in semiconductor, real estate, consulting, or finance sectors
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional planning skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Client-Facing Skills: Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Performance Under Pressure: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with CRM databases
- Work Style: Strong work ethic with ability to excel both independently and collaboratively
- Education: Bachelor's degree (business or finance emphasis preferred)
- Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship
