Role Name - Senior Varicent Incentive Compensation Management Consultant
ROLE_DESCRIPTION -We are seeking an experienced Senior Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Consultant with strong expertise in designing, implementing, configuring, and optimizing Varicent ICM/BPM solutions for enterprise compensation management environments. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with compensation plan design, workflow automation, analytics, integrations, and AI-driven capabilities within the Varicent platform.The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, sales operations teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing compensation management solutions that improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and support Varicent ICM/BPM modules, workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations
- Translate business and compensation requirements into scalable technical solutions within the Varicent platform
- Develop and maintain custom calculations, compensation rules, data models, and reporting solutions
- Integrate Varicent BPM with external enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms
- Utilize Varicent AI capabilities and AI-powered analytics to automate workflows, improve forecasting, and deliver predictive insights
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, validation, and optimization of compensation calculations and workflows
- Develop SQL queries for data validation, aggregation, duplicate detection, and reporting requirements
- Monitor system performance, implement enhancements, and support platform upgrades and maintenance activities
- Provide technical documentation, end-user support, knowledge transfer, and training to business and technical teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile project environments to ensure successful solution delivery
Required Skills & Technologies:
- Strong hands-on experience with Varicent ICM and Varicent BPM
- Expertise in Incentive Compensation Management and compensation plan configuration
- Experience with Varicent AI modules and AI-powered analytics capabilities
- Strong proficiency in SQL scripting, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience integrating Varicent with ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems
- Knowledge of Insurance, Sales Operations, and Compensation domains
- Experience with workflow automation, dashboards, and compensation analytics
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Certifications:
- Varicent Certified Professional (VCP)
- Certified Incentive Compensation Professional (CICP)
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field preferred
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
