Position Overview

As a Contractor Recruiter in Firmwide Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring hiring managers are best positioned to attract, source, and recruit top talent—both internally and externally. In this fast-paced position, your primary responsibilities will include staffing the business with high-quality hires, delivering strategic talent acquisition solutions, and proactively building talent pipelines for future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process and design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Hiring Manager Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert by advising hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, controls, compliance, and policies.
• Sourcing & Pipelining: Source, engage, and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels. Ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent, transparent, and timely communication throughout the process.
• Candidate Evaluation & Selection: Screen, interview, and present top talent to hiring managers; gather feedback to continuously refine sourcing strategies.
• Strategic Advisory: Proactively share innovative solutions, anticipate client needs, and streamline recruitment processes to add value across the organization.
• Stakeholder Management: Participate in client/business meetings, stay abreast of operational changes, and actively manage both candidate and hiring manager expectations.
• Firm Advocacy: Educate candidates on career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy, and firm culture to effectively sell both the organization and the opportunity.
• Offer & Compensation Management: Facilitate compensation alignment conversations with hiring managers and candidates to ensure high offer acceptance rates.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Understand firm diversity goals and educate hiring managers to consistently present diverse candidate slates.
• ATS Integrity: Utilize full functionality of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while maintaining data integrity, compliance, and internal controls.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience: 2 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience within a fast-paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior recruitment experience within the financial services sector or staffing agency industry.
• Proven track record in high-volume or deadline-class hiring.
