We are looking for a Regulatory and Compliance Analyst for our very important client.
About the Role
As a Regulatory and Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in reviewing and guiding marketing content to ensure it aligns with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards. You’ll work closely with marketing, legal, and compliance teams across regions, helping the organization maintain a strong control environment while enabling effective marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review marketing assets, initiatives, and claims to determine appropriate legal and compliance requirements based on established guidelines
- Apply marketing business practices, including corporate controls, regulatory obligations, and anti-trust considerations
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams (regional and global) to address and resolve concerns
- Maintain a centralized repository of approved marketing disclaimers and claims
- Support a disciplined control environment by identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks in a timely manner
- Contribute to end-to-end execution of marketing control processes
- Assist with ad hoc projects and flex across priorities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, editorial, compliance, legal, regulatory, quality control, or similar roles within large organizations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and errors
- Experience applying policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards to day-to-day work
- Comfortable reviewing and interpreting large volumes of content and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and matrixed environment
- Proven ability to deliver with urgency and maintain high standards
Preferred Skills
- Experience in operations management, risk management, or audit functions
Pay range and compensation package
Pays up to $35.60 depending on experience.
Salary : $29 - $36
