What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician position at ATR International?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Technician to support the maintenance of our high-tech manufacturing and testing environments. You will partner with a team of Lead Facilities Technicians to ensure our facility meets the rigorous standards required for aerospace production, including cleanroom integrity and equipment uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks on critical infrastructure, including specialized HVAC systems, air compressors, and high-pressure gas lines.
• Cleanroom Management: Assist in maintaining ISO-rated cleanroom environments, ensuring filtration systems and airlocks function within strict specifications.
• Facility Upkeep: Handle basic electrical (ballasts/outlets), plumbing, and structural repairs (drywall/painting/roofing) across the campus.
• Tooling & Equipment: Assist senior techs in the setup and movement of heavy flight hardware and ground support equipment (GSE).
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA and ITAR regulations. Complete all work orders via the FMS job ticket system to maintain a clear audit trail.

The ideal candidate will possess the following
Minimum Requirements:
• Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or elevated platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical certification (HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing)
• Aerospace or military experience is highly valued.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow complex technical manuals.
