Job Type: Part-time / Hourly

Job Summary:

As a Party Host at Altitude Trampoline Park, you’ll be the face of fun! Your main role is to ensure birthday parties and group events are exciting, smooth, and memorable for all guests. You'll lead party activities, serve food, assist with set-up and clean-up, and provide top-notch customer service to both kids and adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet party guests and birthday families warmly upon arrival.
• Coordinate the flow of scheduled party events (jump time, food/cake time, gift opening, etc.).
• Set up and decorate party areas before guest arrival.
• Serve food, drinks, and cake; assist with presents and activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized party area before, during, and after parties.
• Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Ensure safety rules and park policies are followed.
• Collaborate with the front desk, kitchen, and other team members for smooth party execution.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Great with children and comfortable interacting with large groups.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Previous experience in customer service or childcare is a plus.
• Weekend availability is a must.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and move for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs (tables, chairs, party supplies, etc.).
