Position Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal phone skills and be a people person who enjoys working with a winning team and great customers in a work casual office environment.
- Stellar organizational skills and habits. Keeping your desk and calendar clean and organized is a must.
- Experience with dispatching service technicians and familiarity with the Sacramento area (calculating driving times between stops, etc).
- Be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM.
- Be familiar and comfortable and proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail.
- Experience with Service Titan a huge plus (CRM scheduling software)
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Pass a drug test.
- Pass a background check.
- Arrive at work on time each day and have reliable transportation to come to work each day.
- Likes having fun and work on an A team!

Monday -Friday 7am-12:30pm and Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 5pm
