Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Los Angeles, CA. The Employment Law Attorney will oversee all aspects of employment law cases, including advising and representing clients on matters such as workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage disputes, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, attending hearings and depositions, negotiating settlements, and providing strategic counsel to clients. Collaboration across various teams and effective communication with clients is critical to ensuring successful case outcomes.
Requirements
- Active license and good standing in CA
- 2–7 years of employment law experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)
- Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Trial experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
