Responsibilities
- Architect and govern end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
- Lead technical design sessions, create detailed architecture blueprints, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Define and implement integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party systems.
- Oversee ServiceNow instance upgrades, patching, and performance optimization for scalability and reliability.
- Develop and enforce coding standards, data models, and CMDB design aligned with CSDM and ITIL guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmap planning.
- Manage and mentor development teams, conduct design reviews, and ensure quality delivery of custom applications.
- Implement security and compliance measures within ServiceNow architecture, including role-based access and audit controls.
- Drive automation initiatives leveraging Flow Designer, Orchestration, and DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and innovations; assess new features for adoption and business impact.
- Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and governance models for enterprise implementations.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, provide technical thought leadership, and support client workshops and demos.
- Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
- Understanding of strategic IT solutions
- Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. JavaScript, Java)
- Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL)
