With approximately 750 employees worldwide and annual revenues exceeding €170 million, Atos operates six manufacturing facilities in Italy and three internationally, supported by a global commercial network.
Our United States facility, located in York, Pennsylvania, is seeking a North America Sales Manager to lead and support the continued growth of our sales organization. This leadership role will work closely with the North American General Manager and oversee Regional Sales Managers across North America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the activities of Regional Sales Managers across North America
- Assist in the development of annual budgets, targets, and strategic priorities
- Support field activities by joining sales visits and driving business development with key and prospective accounts
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market developments to North American General Manager and Italian headquarters
- Serve as a liaison between the North American sales organization and Atos headquarters, coordinating with departments including Sales Support, Production, Quality, Engineering, and R&D.
- Contribute to the development of the North American sales organization by recruiting, training, mentoring, and empowering team members
- Identify and secure new direct accounts, distributors, and customers for distributors to increase market share.
- Utilize the Company CRM system to maintain updated records of accounts, leads, and opportunities.
- Maintain and submit administrative records related to expenses and travel.
- Represent the Atos brand with the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in hydraulics and/or hydraulic systems sales.
- Demonstrated leadership or team management experience.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
