Role Description


Own the whole funnel. Build the next iconic wellness brand.

Atomo Coffee is reinventing coffee from the ground up — starting with our new Protein Coffee, a hero SKU designed for wellness-minded consumers who want better energy, better taste, and better nutrition in their daily ritual.

We’re looking for a full-time DTC E-commerce Growth Lead who can own and scale our entire DTC engine — from Shopify to paid media to LTV — and help us build a brand with AG1-level ambition.

This is a hands-on, scrappy, high-impact role based in Seattle. You will lead e-commerce growth at Atomo like it’s your own brand.


What You’ll Own

This role is for someone who loves both strategy and getting their hands dirty.

1. Shopify & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Manage and improve our Shopify storefront, PDPs, landing pages, subscription flows, and checkout performance.
  • Run continuous A/B testing across the full funnel: offer testing, layout experiments, speed/UX improvements.
  • Own key metrics such as CVR, AOV, LTV, CAC, MER, and build a DTC dashboard that surfaces insights and action.

2. Paid Acquisition & Creative Testing

  • Build and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns with a focus on creative iteration and performance storytelling.
  • Partner with our in-house content team to turn raw footage into high-performing ads and landing pages.
  • Build a performance creative pipeline that mirrors the speed and learning loops of brands like AG1.

3. Email/SMS & Retention (Klaviyo)

  • Build automated flows (welcome, upsell, replenishment, subscription, winback, UGC).
  • Create segmentation strategies that improve LTV and reduce churn.
  • Own the full lifecycle funnel (email → SMS → landing page → purchase → repeat).

4. Analytics, Offers, Pricing, Funnels

  • Architect funnels that help us scale profitably.
  • Build growth models and testing frameworks for offers, pricing, subscription incentives, bundles.
  • Bring a data-driven POV to everything — CAC payback windows, LTV cohorts, and mix-shift performance.

5. P&L Responsibility

  • You own the DTC revenue margin targets.
  • Be accountable for performance KPIs — and help make the tradeoffs when deciding where to invest.


Who You Are

This is a dream role for someone who has lived inside DTC growth and wants to build something big from the ground up.

You are:

  • A true DTC operator, not just a channel specialist
  • Comfortable owning strategy, execution, and-results
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and energized by startup pace
  • Obsessed with Shopify, Klaviyo, paid media, and conversion psychology
  • Able to work in-person in Seattle (preferred)


Your Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2–6 years in DTC e-commerce growth
  • Direct experience scaling hero-SKU, wellness, supplement, beverage, or subscription-based brands
  • Deep fluency in:
  • Shopify (theme editing, apps, funnels, CRO tools)
  • Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, A/B testing)
  • Meta / Google / TikTok Ads
  • Creative testing content iteration
  • Experience managing performance metrics including CAC, AOV, CVR, MER, ROAS, LTV
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content, ops, and product
  • Portfolio of wins or case studies — “show me the brands you’ve scaled”
