About this Opportunity
At Atomix Logistics, we don't just handle fulfillment. We handle the details that keep our clients' businesses running. As one of the fastest-growing fulfillment companies in the country, we're looking for a Customer Experience Account Manager who's ready to be the voice our clients count on every day to help them succeed.
This is a front-line role with real impact. You'll resolve issues, build relationships, and help shape how clients experience Atomix, all from our 150,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Oak Creek, WI.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
Job Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and acting as their internal advocate at Atomix.
- Represent the client voice internally to drive improvements in process, service quality, and warehouse workflow alignment
- Monitor account health indicators such as service performance, inventory accuracy, error trends, and fulfillment timelines (along with client satisfaction)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clients always feel supported, informed, and valued.
- Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth, professional transition onto the Atomix platform from day one.
- Conduct regular account check-ins and business reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify challenges, and proactively present solutions.
- Manage billing inquiries and account-level documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Proactively reach out to clients to communicate updates, flag potential issues, and strengthen day-to-day relationships.
- Resolve order and shipment issues with a sense of urgency, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Associates to ensure day-to-day support tasks are completed with accuracy and timeliness.
- Work cross functionally with Operations Leadership to align expectations and resolve client needs efficiently.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related client-facing role
- Background in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or eCommerce is strongly preferred so you understand the world our clients operate in
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (WMS experience a bonus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, equally comfortable on the phone, over email, and in person
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without dropping the ball
- Ability to navigate diverse client personalities and relationships with grace, professionalism, and consistency
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset where you don't wait for problems to escalate
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
- Professional computer proficiency with Google Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, WMS, and other productivity tools
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
