We are looking for dedicated drivers in the Nashville, TN area to help fulfill our local lanes. What We Offer:
- Pay starting: $25/hr plus time and half for OT!
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
- Consistent Schedule-Home Daily

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle from transfer stations to landfills, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Navigate and position trailers on a tipper safely
- Unhook trailer before tipping load
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report)
- Immediately report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to Operations and Safety Managers
- Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and company safety policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CDL A driving experience
- Consistent employment history
- Ability to work shifts longer than 10 hours
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Half-day Saturdays as needed
- 4 local runs per day
