With a dedicated fleet of company-owned assets and W2 drivers, we specialize in waste transportation from local transfer stations to landfills. We operate a fleet of over 600 tractors and 900 trailers, including top-tier models from Kenworth, Freightliner, Mack, and Western Star. Our trucks are powered by reliable Cummins X15, MP-8, and DD-13 engines, ensuring performance and efficiency across all operations. We’re currently seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. What We Offer:
- Pay: $30/hour, based on experience
- Sign on bonus: $1,000
- Weekly Pay with time and a half for overtime
- Schedule: Monday–Friday plus Saturdays as needed

Job Responsibilities:
- Extensive background knowledge in wiring diagnostics.
- Effectively diagnose exhaust after-treatment systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic software to include Cummins Insite and quick servers, Diagnostic-Link, PTT, Allison and Bendix systems.
- Perform minor and major truck and trailer repairs.
- Perform roadside service calls.
- Prioritize and diagnose problems and plan repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of each repair performed.
- Follow shop safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Willing to share your repair skills with other technicians.
Job Requirements:
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Strong technical skills, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment screening (drug test and background check)
- Have your own set of basic hand tools (specialty and larger tools will be provided).
- Class A CDL preferred not required
- Aluminum welding required
