What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Inspector (Entry Level) | Field Side Gig | On-site π position at Atomic - Remote Jobs?
Company Overview
Our client is a U.S. property condition reporting company that has been in market for about fifteen years. Property management companies hire them as the neutral third party: field technicians visit rental properties, document condition with structured photo checklists, and deliver clear, professional reports that property managers, owners, and residents can all trust. Central scheduling and operations are run by a team of under fifty, supported by a growing network of field technicians across many U.S. markets.
Your Role
This is hourly field work built around a route of scheduled visits. You drive to rental properties, walk each one with a structured checklist, and capture the photos and notes that become the official condition report. No inspection background is required: the checklist tells you what to look at, training covers the standards, and reports get reviewed, so you learn quickly what a complete one looks like.
Your judgment matters as much as the checklist. You notice the details a rushed visit would miss, explain the process to residents in a friendly, professional way, and make sure urgent safety concerns reach the right team fast. A good day ends with clean routes completed on time and reports that property managers can act on the same day they land.
