Role Description
This is a remotely full-time role for a Business Development Representative at Atomic One. We are looking for candidates who based in the US with a strong preference for Miami, FL. and are willing to travel. What you will do:
- Reach out through email, LinkedIn, phone, and video, and book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Use our free Store Audit to open conversations, and record short personalized video walkthroughs for prospects
- Follow up with users of our free tools and turn interest into real sales conversations
- Qualify leads by fit, need, and timing, and keep the CRM clean and up to date
- Test new messages, channels, and outreach ideas, and share what works with the team
- Bring the voice of the seller back to Product and Marketing
- Use AI tools to work faster and smarter every day
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR, inside sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI, or in the Amazon ecosystem (an Amazon agency, Amazon software company, or selling on Amazon directly).
- Strong communication skills, with confidence on calls and clarity in writing.
- Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and resilience, seeing “no” as part of the game.
- Organized and comfortable working with metrics, targets, and a CRM.
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter every day.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, PPC, or ACoS is an advantage.
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or video prospecting tools is an advantage.
- Spanish is a plus.
