- Build and maintain a library of sales demo materials (sample assessments, activities, and item banks) that highlight key platform capabilities such as adaptive assessments, 40 question types, auto-scoring, graphing, chemistry notation, and detailed reporting
- Quickly learn the platform's full feature set, including the Content Manager, Activity Builder, item banking, tagging to learning standards, and adaptive branching
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions via webinars, 1:1 meetings, and group sessions to support sales conversations, customer onboarding, and ongoing customer success
- Collaborate with instructional designers, faculty, LMS administrators, and the Atomic Jolt sales team to tailor demo content for specific audiences and use cases
- Provide consultative guidance to customers on best practices for assessment design within the platform
What You Bring
Required:
- Background in instructional design with hands-on experience creating digital assessments
- Experience working in higher education environments, with an understanding of the needs of faculty, instructional designers, and LMS administrators at colleges and universities

- Experience with digital assessment authoring platforms (Atomic Assessments, Learnosity, Desmos, Geogebra, or comparable tools)
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with instructional designers, teachers, subject-matter experts, and sales teams to develop demo and training content
- Comfort presenting and teaching via online formats: webinars, screen-share walkthroughs, recorded demos, and live group or 1:1 sessions
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new software tools and translate technical product features into clear, audience-appropriate demonstrations
- Self-directed work style suited to a flexible, remote contract engagement
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and explain complex STEM and product concepts to diverse audiences
Preferred / Bonus:
- Experience in K–12 education and familiarity with state or national learning standards alignment
- Expertise in secondary science (biology, chemistry, physics) or other STEM fields, with the ability to author intermediate to advanced assessment content in those areas
- Experience supporting sales engineering or pre-sales functions in ed-tech or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, particularly Canvas (Instructure) or Brightspace (D2L)
- Understanding of item banking strategies and adaptive assessment design
- Experience with LTI-based tools or Learnosity's question types
