We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Alarm systems. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting tailored security solutions, and driving sales growth in Healthcare, Industrial, K-12 education, and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct site assessments to understand customer security requirements
- Present and demonstrate Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Alarm products
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Collaborate with Project Manageme teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and compliance standards
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in security systems or related technology
- Strong understanding of Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Alarm systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- High school diploma required; technical certifications or college degree preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with brands Honeywell, Axis, Bosch, or similar
- Experience with software and sales tracking tools
- Knowledge of local fire and building codes
Compensation:
- Base salary commission
- Performance bonus
