ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff for a large scale tech conference sponsored by a leading technology software brand. As part of our team you will be providing general event support. We offer a flexible schedule allowing you to select your preferred dates/shifts.

Attendees will discover solutions that help modernize and manage intelligent apps, safeguard data, accelerate productivity, and expand business services.
Details
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr plus overtime rate for applicable shifts
Location: San Francisco, CA
Dates:
- Sunday, November 16th – Thursday, November 20th
- Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs and start in the morning. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.
Duties
A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed
- Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
- Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
- Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
- Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
- Scan attendee credentials
- Provide general event assistance as assigned
Qualifications
- Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
- Previous brand ambassador, promo model, event, hospitality, retail and/or other customer facing experience
