Entry Level - Paid Training

You’ll also work with the integrated components of the trade, such as gas piping, electrical systems, and plumbing. We invest in our team and provide real, on-the-job training, so you’re essentially getting paid to build valuable, well-rounded skills that can turn into a long-term dependable career.

No prior experience? No problem—we provide hands-on training for self-driven individuals who are ready to learn and succeed.
We’re headquartered in Lehi, with a large portion of our work in the Park City area. This role includes both indoor and outdoor work and occasional lifting (up to 100 lbs). If there is travel time from Lehi to the job, we pay the drive to the jobsite.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM (with a 30–60 minute lunch)

Pay, Benefits & Growth Opportunities
- Starting Pay: $18–$30/hour (based on experience)
- 90-Day Review: Opportunity for a pay increase based on performance

What You’ll Do
- Install HVAC systems and materials on new construction projects
- Changing and Servicing Heating and A/C equipment in business and in homes.
- Work alongside the owner to complete projects efficiently
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Learn local and national HVAC codes and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Great work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Hot/Cold
- Some lifting up to 100 lbs
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule (40 hours, with occasional overtime)
