As demand for healthier indoor environments continues to grow, AtmosAir is hiring a full-time Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales efforts across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales leader who's excited to grow our reseller and dealer network while strengthening relationships with existing customers. The RSM plays a central role in how we serve our customers and represent AtmosAir in the field. You'll deliver our best-in-class solutions with care and consistency, manage multiple accounts across the region, and help shape the customer experience at every touchpoint. Success in this role takes strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience managing a customer base or territory.
The Regional Sales Manager must be based in Texas; applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities and Functions:
- Generate revenue through resellers/dealers and by prospecting to develop new customers within your assigned territory to achieve sales objectives.
- Reach monthly, quarterly and annual KPI’s with reporting accountability among the resellers or dealers within the territory.
- Close sales within key industry verticals including Commercial Real Estate & Workplace, Healthcare, Hospitality, Sports & Entertainment, Education, and other markets while continuously prospecting for new markets.
- Provide and maintain accurate reporting by documenting all activities using HubSpot CRM.
- Attend regional conferences and trade shows as applicable within the territory.
- Engage and promote AtmosAir’s product portfolio among industry associations such as ASHRAE.
- Learn AtmosAir’s proprietary technologies and be able to educate customers and resellers/dealers on the benefits.
- Recruit, manage and train resellers/dealers in your territory.
- The role includes initial training at AtmosAir's Fairfield, CT headquarters, with occasional return travel thereafter, and requires up to 50% travel to customer sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
- BA/BS degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Experience selling to manufacturer’s representatives for commercial HVAC products and/or selling to HVAC mechanical contractors is preferred but not required
