**Summary**
The Production Manager is a key member of ATMI-Indys management team.
This role directly supervises the assigned team and ensures that daily
production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety and
quality. The Production Manager works with available resources to drive
efficiency, oversee processes, and support a culture of continuous
improvement.
**Responsibilities**
- Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports to
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Assist with development and implementation of production
- Meet daily with assigned team to review safety, goals, and logistics
- Document and lead investigations related to safety or disciplinary
- Participate in hiring decisions and staffing needs
- Develop and deliver training for managers, supervisors, foremen, and
- Provide schedules and material take-offs for upcoming projects
- Coordinate deliveries of stock materials to meet production
- Lead weekly safety and quality meetings
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in labor, materials, and overhead
- Drive continuous process improvement in safety, quality, and
- Ensure all quality practices meet PCI standards and the Quality
- Collaborate with senior management, scheduling, sales, and project
- Maintain daily presence on the production floor as a hands-on leader
- Serve as a role model for safety, quality, attendance, timeliness,
**Requirements**

- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a minimum of 10 years
- ACI Level 1 certification (can be obtained after hire)
- PCI Level 1 and Level 2 certifications desired (can be obtained
- PCI Level 3 certification is a plus
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple departments with 100
- Experience creating and managing operational budgets
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of general manufacturing and engineering principles
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, with
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Must be able to start work at 4am
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb onto and down from equipment
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances in an
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions when necessary, including
