Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that delight their taste buds
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase our signature flavors and new releases
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell by recommending complementary products and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked with fresh inventory
- Perform stock replenishment, inventory counts, and organize products on the sales floor
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering samples, and maintaining a friendly attitude at all times
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or grocery store experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions confidently
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette to connect effectively with customers
- Ability to supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, stocking, and retail math is highly valued
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
