We are an established DFW firm currently managing a diverse portfolio, from $200k specialty builds to $10M complex mechanical systems.
The Opportunity:
- True Project Ownership: Move beyond \"assisting\" and take full responsibility for project lifecycles, including stabilizing and delivering critical HVAC builds.
- Competitive Base Salary: We are offering a strong starting range of $85,000 – $90,000 to ensure you have the stability to focus on high-quality execution.
- Direct Mentorship: Work directly with a Division Head who understands the \"Big Firm\" background and is focused on building a sustainable, high-performing team.
What you bring:
- 3–5 Years of APM Experience: You’ve cut your teeth at a Tier-1 mechanical contractor and understand the \"water and air\" side of construction.
- Problem-Solving Grit: You aren't afraid to step into a project mid-stream, identify the gaps, and get it back on track.
- The \"Service at Work\" Mindset: You value stability, professional honesty, and becoming a valuable team member before chasing the next promotion.
