Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

Our Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the "face" of ATM ETC LLC. As such, they are accountable for delivering superior customer service. They also educate customers on our company products and services. The CSR is accountable for maintaining company quality standards and complying with all policies and procedures. This role is a Full-time in-office position with work days of Monday – Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding customer service to build strong relationships through trust and open communication
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Educating our customers on our products and services
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and act on them
• Process orders accurately and follow up to make sure everything is delivered on time
• Ensuring all orders are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through our Customer Relations Management system
• Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling
• Using our point-of-sale system to bill customers timely and accurately
• Handle customer inquiries timely and resolving concerns when situations arise
• Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Help to maintain a neat and clean office & warehouse environment for our customers and team members
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team and provide excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is strongly preferred
• Comfortable engaging with customers
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Experience in QuickBooks preferred
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Must be honest and have integrity
• Ability to work occasional non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with little assistance
• Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
