Position Overview
ATM Insights is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth within the community bank and credit union market. This is a commission-only, independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential. The role is ideal for a self-starter with financial institution experience or existing industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage decision-makers at banks and credit unions
- Develop and maintain relationships with VP/Director-level operations and retail banking leaders
- Initiate conversations around ATM sales, upgrades, and service solutions
- Coordinate with the CEO on pricing, proposals, and closing strategy
- Track pipeline activity and maintain professional follow-up
Compensation
- Commission-only (uncapped)
- 12–15% of gross profit per ATM sale
- Commission on first-year service contract revenue
- Paid upon successful funding/close
- No cap on earnings
This role is performance-based. Income potential is directly tied to sales results.
Qualifications
- Experience selling into financial institutions preferred
- Existing banking or credit union relationships strongly preferred
- Comfortable with longer sales cycles (30–120 days)
- Professional communication skills suitable for executive-level discussions
- Self-directed and highly disciplined
