We are expanding and looking to bring on experienced sales professionals who are ready to produce at a high level and grow within a fast-moving organization.
This is a field-based role focused on canvassing and closing residential solar deals. You’ll be working with a team that values performance, consistency, and professionalism, with strong backend support and leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Canvassing residential areas and generating your own opportunities
- Presenting and closing solar solutions for homeowners
- Managing your pipeline from lead to close
- Handling objections and maintaining high close rates
- Working independently while contributing to a competitive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior solar sales experience
- Proven ability to close deals
- Active HIS license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and consistent
- Coachable and open to improving performance
