We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the teams that will shape the next phase of Atlys.

You’ll own hiring end to end across tech and non-tech roles, partnering closely with leaders to understand what great looks like, find exceptional people and drive searches through to close.

Beyond individual roles, you’ll help raise the bar for how we hire by improving sourcing, selection, candidate experience and the systems behind recruiting.

The Job

• Own hiring end to end across Technology and Revenue functions, from defining the brief and sourcing talent through interviews, offer and close.
• Build exceptional talent pipelines through thoughtful sourcing, market mapping, referrals, networking and long-term relationships with high-quality candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define what great looks like, build rigorous selection processes and keep hiring moving with speed and clarity.
• Use data to improve hiring outcomes by tracking funnel health, identifying bottlenecks and continuously improving candidate quality, conversion and time to hire.
• Raise the bar for talent acquisition at Atlys by improving candidate experience, employer brand, referral programs, recruiting processes and the tools we use to hire.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll Likely Thrive In This Role If You

• Have 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-moving startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Have hired across a mix of technical and non-technical roles and can quickly develop an understanding of unfamiliar functions and talent markets.
• Are an exceptional sourcer who can find and engage strong passive talent through research, outreach, referrals and creative channels.
• Have a track record of closing high-quality candidates while managing multiple searches with speed, ownership and attention to detail.
• Can build strong relationships with hiring managers, challenge thinking when needed and use judgment and data to drive better hiring decisions.
