Duties:
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly processed daily.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their technical issues.
- Assist with computer networking tasks including setting up and troubleshooting TCP/IP connections.
- Install and configure our proprietary operating systems and software applications.
- Analyze and diagnose computer hardware and software problems to determine appropriate solutions.
- Provide IT support through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person.
- Utilize ticketing systems to track and document user requests and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass the NCIC criminal background check
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Experience in troubleshooting software applications.
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users with their technical issues.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience in shipping and receiving
