Position Overview

The Strategy Finance Associate will work on new transaction modeling, pipeline tracking, historical performance analysis, planning/budgeting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support production of weekly/monthly management reporting & financial analyses
• Analyze and communicate core earnings drivers, funding/liquidity considerations, growth expectations
• Support execution of ad-hoc requests and projects; build financial models and management presentations
• Assist forecasting and modeling processes on new business initiatives
• Track/monitor various income streams to drive value-add analyses
• Proactively partner across finance and technology to drive innovation in reporting, forecasting, budgeting processes
• Support initiatives to improve efficiencies and implement proper controls

Qualification and Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A or consultancy preferred; experience in accounting and finance functions or relevant education
• Strong understanding of banking and/or asset management highly preferred
• Qualified candidates with a BA/BS degree with a focus in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related fields required
• Excellent academic record with ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
• Ability to prepare and deliver reports to various stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Experience with SQL and Python a plus
• Exemplifies high standards with regards to ethics and integrity
• Candidate must be self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and presentation

Base Salary Range

$120,000-$150,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
