Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $180,000 - $235,000
Zone B: $162,000 - $211,500
Zone C: $149,400 - $195,050
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In This Role, You'll Get To
- Own and execute high-impact, special strategic projects addressing the company’s most critical business challenges—developing actionable insights through deep analysis and research, and delivering executive-level recommendations that shape direction and drive performance.
- Continuously monitor business performance in a multi-product environment and diagnose root causes of deviation—whether internal execution issues or external threats stemming from competitive dynamics.
- Own and lead a central competitive intelligence rhythm—conducting ongoing market assessments and deep competitive analyses to uncover trends, benchmarks, and opportunities that directly inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, finance, and data science to ensure strategy, execution, and insights are tightly integrated and reflect a real-time understanding of both our internal operations and the external market landscape.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- 8 years experience in high growth Software / tech industry in biz ops and/or consulting, investment banking roles
- A deep understanding of Enterprise Software businesses and their business models - both Sales-driven and Product-Led-Growth
- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze data, derive key insights and diagnose business issues
- Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail to drive program management and execution of strategy
- Ability to think big picture with a cross-portfolio perspective while connecting the dots in a multi-product environment
- Strong executive presence - excellent verbal & written communications skills
- A sense of ownership and a desire to run independently
- Strong proficiency with Excel and business modeling
