You will work as part of the Atlassian Sales Enablement team to deliver excellent product training and maintain the content with regular updates supporting cloud migration and deployments.
You'll use your instructional design and project management abilities to create dynamic learning experiences that reach hundreds of employees around the world, developing trainings at scale and customize where appropriate (e.g., for role, location, situation).

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $130,700 - $174,300
Zone B: $117,700 - $156,900
Zone C: $108,500 - $144,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities:DESIGN TRAINING
Design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling in-person and online learning experiences including slide decks, activity sheets, and facilitator guides.
Build and execute a training design plan based on learner needs
Act as a learning consultant to understand the business' needs around learning and help connect learning strategies
Develop instructor manuals, participant guides, activities, and job aides to support all training delivery
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Build strong relationships with key cross-functional partners to understand how your content is being received and engaged within market and take action based on feedback
Manage vendors in the external development of learning materials, video or media.
Ability to solve problems and manage input from multiple stakeholders; providing potential solutions when there is uncertainty and facilitating decision-making.
Effective partner for stakeholders and sponsors across the company and at all levels.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Continually work to ensure all training and job aid materials are consistent and up-to-date and in line with products and larger training goals and initiatives
Find new ways to produce content that scales and resonates with our increasingly global, busy audience
Create and maintain a portal of learning content, using our existing ecosystem of technology to deliver content across all audiences
E-LEARNING TECHNOLOGY
Experience in leveraging eLearning technologies to create eLearning
Innovative design approach that is not constrained by what is today or tools available.
Design and develop online learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Camtasia.
Experience using LMS (Learning Management Systems) to upload, create, and manage course materials
Experience with mobile learning, gamification, and other interactive learning methodologies
What do your first 90 days look like?
First 30 Days: Orientation and Familiarization
Meet & Greets: Get to know your colleagues and acquaint yourself with our organization's operations. You will schedule meetings and interactions with your team members to foster relationships, understand their roles, and familiarize yourself with our company culture.
Onboarding: Complete company orientation and get acquainted with team members and company culture.
Training: Familiarize yourself with our existing training programs, materials, and software tools.
Organization Knowledge: Gain insights into our business, its processes, and its goals.
Content Review: Review existing course materials from fellow instructional designers and identify areas for improvement.
First 60 Days: Design and Development
Design & Development: Develop instructional materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and multimedia content.
Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to create effective learning experiences.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and revisions on instructional materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders and incorporate it into course revisions.
First 90 Days: Project Ownership and Continuous Improvement
Project Ownership: Take ownership of instructional design projects from concept to delivery.
Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and instructional design best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Documentation: Create documentation for training materials and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in designing, developing and testing educational content development for in-person training and eLearning
Enablement or Learning and Development background
