Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple domains or business units.
- Program Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technical programs, including initiation, planning, execution, forecasting, budgeting, and delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior engineering, product, and business leaders to align technical programs with business objectives and priorities.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of TPMs and TPM managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Systematic Problem Solving: Take a systematic approach to solving highly technical engineering problems, including prioritization, scoping, and progress tracking.
- Technical Influence: Leverage deep technical understanding to influence architectural decisions and drive progress on critical engineering challenges
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience (typically 12 years) in product management, technical program management, engineering, or related leadership roles within leading technology companies.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering large-scale, complex technical programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical programs.
- Deep technical understanding of modern systems, architectures, and platforms (coding not required, but must understand system flows, APIs, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
