- Respond to questions and complaints of customers in a polite manner
- Assist customers in gift decisions and shipping choices

- Rotating inventory as necessary
- Knowledge of off-premise sales procedures
- Receive, unload and stock inventory
- Maintaining neat and clean gift area
- Unloading incoming shipments
