As a Transmission Builder, you will be responsible for rebuilding transmissions without support, ensuring high-quality work and precision on every job.
Responsibilities:
- Rebuild automatic and manual transmissions to manufacturer specifications without assistance.
- Diagnose and repair faulty transmissions, including disassembly, inspection, and reassembly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, meeting quality and safety standards.
- Follow company procedures and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with new technologies and transmission advancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Transmission Builder with the ability to rebuild transmissions independently.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of transmission systems.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must be able to work without supervision and take initiative.
