- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
Atlas Tower is looking for a Territory Manager to act as an ambassador for our business, help us grow service revenues, and manage customer relationships within an assigned area. We are seeking a self-starter eager to learn all aspects of leasing, real estate, and telecommunications infrastructure. You will have great growth opportunities while working closely with a team that has decades of experience navigating this expanding market.
In this role, you will help identify, research, and negotiate lease contracts for new wireless sites. You’ll also be responsible for building new customer relationships and strengthening the ones we already have. We’re looking for someone with strong organizational and sales skills who is an excellent communicator. Responsibilities:
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Develop new tower build and other telecom infrastructure opportunities for Atlas Tower to develop; anchored build to suit towers and strategic locations are desirable
- Identify candidates for specific land leases based on customer criteria, owner interest, and jurisdictional Zoning and/or Land Use regulations
- Negotiate lease acquisitions and lease amendments required for telecommunications installations. Oversee specific leasing operations and ensure that assignment and scheduling of related work follows agreed-upon timelines
- Prepare and send leases to prospective candidates
- Locate existing tower assets that Atlas Tower may be interested in purchasing and work with the M&A team to analyze and bid, contract and close if appropriate
- Market current tower locations and new collocation opportunities to the existing customer base and find new customers
- Build solid relationships with telecommunication partners and customers. Leverage key partners and commercial relationships
- Client Development – build upon and expand existing client relationships while bringing in new revenue generating clients
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
- Coordinate, order and track title, surveys, environmental reports, structural analysis, regulatory reports, lease exhibits and construction plans and drawings as required
- Quality control, data entry and tracking of Site Candidate Packages, tower lease and amendments and other Site Acquisition documentation
- Database entry and tracking of leases, amendments and other site acquisition documentation
- Manage third party vendors including general contractors, engineering, environmental, etc...
- Prepare and update site status reports/databases, site close-out packages, and attend client meetings or deployment calls as required
- Assist Management in tracking and reporting site acquisition self-perform revenue/market credit and preparation of client billing.
- Able to travel (up to 40%)
Skills:
- Must be able to read and interpret surveys and construction drawings
- Plan and manage multiple projects within budget and targeted time frames
- Ability to develop sales strategies and prepare purchase orders
- Proficient in MS Office

This role is based out of our Boulder office with a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in the office (Mondays & Fridays required).
