We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time in-office position, located in Greer, SC. As an Administrative Assistant you will provide general office support to ensure the efficient operation of the organization. Key responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence (mail, email, etc.), maintaining records, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. They also play a vital role in managing office supplies and providing support for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to Field, CAD, Department Coordinators, and office management as requested.
- Receive visitors and callers. Direct incoming calls and messages.
- Receive incoming survey requests. Record in Project Management system and notify appropriate Survey Manager. Perform preliminary research of deeds and tax records online.
- Handle mail, shipping, and courier services using corporate accounts and resources.
- Collect daily receipts and deposit via remote capture or bank run.
- Serve as Notary Public.
- Organize and facilitate staff meetings and celebrations.
- Order office, kitchen and bath supplies, and staff uniforms as needed. Arrange for service and repair of office equipment, onsite janitorial and other office services. Use corporate accounts and resources.
- Office filing of project related documents.
- Monitor and maintain office phone system. Set recorded messages for office hours, closures, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills
- At least three years of administrative or customer service in a high-activity setting.
- Previous work in a related industry a plus (i.e., commercial or residential real estate development, construction, professional surveying or architectural firm).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Acumatica or other project management software a plus.
- A working knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency with financial software a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers; represent Atlas professionally with clients or prospects.
