Now Hiring: Industrial Painter / Paint Prep Technician (Post Falls, ID)
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Career Growth Opportunity
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Wage: $23.00-$28.00/hr. DOE

We’re hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painters for a reputable manufacturing partner in Post Falls, ID. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential for growth and advancement. If you have industrial painting experience and a strong work ethic, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, degreasing, body filling, and media blasting.
• Mix paints and primers to match specifications.
• Apply paint using a variety of spray equipment and techniques to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer requirements.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions to complete work accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times and wear appropriate protective gear (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate and coordinate with Leads and Quality Control to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of industrial painting or paint prep experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Comfortable working at heights and in variable temperature environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physically capable of bending, twisting, lifting, and standing for long periods.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
