Now Hiring: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Shift: 6am - 3pm Monday - Thursday; 6am - 10am on Fridays
Pay: $18/hr
Employment Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
About this Opportunity:
Join our client's Operations/Manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate. In this role, you'll produce components and finished products by sewing and assembling parts and subassemblies. You'll work from assembly instructions, blueprints, measurements, and parts lists while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sew and assemble parts, components, and subassemblies
- Prepare materials, tools, parts, and subassemblies for production
- Position parts using templates and measurements
- Assemble components and check connections for proper fit
- Measure completed components to verify specifications
- Help resolve assembly issues and communicate with your supervisor when additional resources are needed
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Operate presses, assembly fixtures, and sealing machines
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
What makes you a great fit:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of manufacturing and/or industrial sewing experience
- Medical device experience preferred
- Strong English understanding skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong focus on quality and safety
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
