Role Description
We’re looking for a full-time licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about movement-driven care. The ideal candidate thrives in an active setting, enjoys working with individuals of all levels, and values patient-centered, one-on-one care.
We’re seeking someone who is thorough, curious, and dedicated- a clinician who values continuing education, takes the time to truly understand each patient’s goals, and consistently goes the extra mile to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients
- Design and implement individualized rehabilitation and performance programs
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
- Document care and outcomes in accordance with state, payer, and Atlas requirements
- Contribute to the growth of Atlas through community engagement, strength and conditioning programs, education, and content creation
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or degree by start date)
- Active Wyoming Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure before start date)
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient education
- Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and quality of care
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative, team-based environment
- BLS and ALS Certifications (may work to attain certification after employment)
- Strong background or interest in strength and conditioning preferred but not required. CSCS or similar certification is preferred but also not required (may work to attain certification after employment)
